Lorri has taught for SheLor School of Dance for five years.
She serves as a Principal Dance Instructor and Dance Drill
Team Instructor. She is a former dance student of Andrea
and Maurice Sabatier of Pittsburgh and has studied extensively
with such noted teachers as Morelli, Luigi & Jo Jo Smith.
Lorri holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary
Education/Communications and has a Master’s work in Guidance
and Counseling from Slippery Rock University (SRU). She
previously taught at Butler Intermediate High School as an
English Teacher and was the advisor to the “GOLDEN KICKERS”,
dance team. She studied dance while attending SRU and served
as a Slippery Rock High School drill team advisor. Lorri, a
former Butler High School Sequinette and SRU Rockette, has
also served as a cheerleading instructor and local judge for
Dance related activities. Lorri attended the International
Royal Academy of Dance Summer Program 2005 in Maryland to
further her studies in the RAD ballet syllabus. Lorri is
presently the Director of Christian Education at
Westminster
Presbyterian Church, Butler. Lorri resides with her husband,
Pete and two children, Jordan and Jocelyn, a SheLor dancer. |
